Details:

Join us for an immersive and inspiring evening hosted by The Institute for Integrative Healing. This foundational experience will highlight how trauma, chronic stress, and modern life affect the mind, body, and nervous system — and introduce a whole-person, integrative approach to healing that bridges mental health, physical wellness, and physiological restoration.

“The Missing Piece” is more than a title — it's a powerful glimpse into what’s often overlooked in traditional mental and medical health care. In this foundational session, you’ll learn how collaborative care — including trauma therapy, hormone and adrenal support, gut health, nutrition, and nervous system regulation — can unlock deeper healing and long-term wellness.

Whether you’re a provider, practitioner, or someone on a personal healing journey, this event offers practical tools, fresh insight, and a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection to help you take meaningful steps toward recovery and resilience.

Why Integrative Care Matters

People are hungry for trauma-informed, integrative, and collaborative care. Our goal is to educate, inspire, and invite you into a deeper awareness of how truly transformative this approach can be.

When someone has experienced trauma — whether a single event or a lifetime of chronic stress — the impact isn’t just in the mind. It lives in the body, the nervous system, the gut, the hormones, the relationships, the sleep cycles… every layer of being.

Trauma is not just a story from the past. It is a lived experience in the present.

As a trauma therapist, I can tell you this: naming what happened, finding language for pain, and building safety in relationships — this is sacred work. But for many, talk therapy alone isn’t enough. Not because they’re doing it wrong — but because trauma fragments us on multiple levels.

Healing must be just as layered.

That’s why integrative care matters. It sees the whole person — not just the symptoms or diagnosis, but the systems beneath the surface. It’s a model that honors the constant conversation between the mind, body, and spirit — and creates space for lasting, holistic healing.

It means helping someone regulate their nervous system and stabilize their blood sugar. It means processing grief and restoring hormone balance. It means learning to self-soothe and healing the gut so serotonin can be produced.

That’s why I’ve brought together a team of like-minded professionals — nurse practitioners, nutritionists, bodyworkers — to offer a model of healing that’s about more than surviving. It’s about returning to wholeness.

This journey is too sacred to walk alone.

Integrative care offers people a way back home to themselves — not just in thought, but in biology, in feeling, and in spirit.

That’s the heart of what we do.
