About
You’re trained in EMDR—but clients are still getting stuck in their bodies. Activation, shutdown, and dissociation show up in session, and the protocol alone doesn’t always tell you how to respond. EMBODIED is a 6-module training designed to help EMDR clinicians confidently integrate somatic awareness into trauma processing—without abandoning the EMDR framework you trust. This training bridges the gap between protocol and the nervous system, so sessions feel clearer, safer, and more effective for both therapist and client. Many EMDR trainings focus on cognition and memory networks, but trauma also lives in posture, breath, muscle tone, and autonomic states. Without a somatic lens, key nervous system cues are missed, clients remain in survival states, and processing lacks true integration. You don’t need another certification or a new model. You need better attunement. With EMBODIED, you’ll learn how to: • Read nervous system states in real time • Track somatic cues like breath, posture, and movement • Regulate arousal without bypassing or overwhelm • Work safely with dissociation, shock trauma, and developmental trauma • Use somatic interweaves within EMDR phases • Support integration, generalization, and long-term change This training is for EMDR clinicians working with complex and developmental trauma who want a clear conceptual framework—not just techniques—and who care deeply about ethical, attuned trauma work. What’s included: • 6 core modules • Didactic teaching + experiential practice • Practical somatic interventions you can use immediately • Nervous system mapping tools • Live demos, Q&A, and community support EMBODIED was created from years of clinical work, supervision, and training gaps repeatedly seen in therapists doing their best work without adequate somatic support. Practice EMDR with more clarity, confidence, and sustainability - so your work feels grounded, effective, and meaningful again.
